LEFT IN CLOVERDALE (June 16/07): A man going by the name of "Jerry" picked up a worker in the area of Fraser and 63rd Ave. The worker stated that the man was smoking a large amount of crack (2 eight balls) and drove her out to Cloverdale where he left her. The man is 40-50 years old, Caucasian, approximately 300 lbs. with frizzy hair and drove a semi-cab.

TURNED VERY AGGRESSIVE AFTER DATE – LICENCE PLATE 342 J*K (June 14/07): A man driving a run-down, blue family van picked up a worker at Fairmont and Kingsway on June 14th. The man confronted the woman on Fairmont and Kingsway and they agreed on a price. The woman did what she was paid for but the man went flaccid twice and wanted the worker to keep going. The worker stated that he had to pay more if he wanted more. He said that he wouldn’t pay more and the worker started to leave. The man then grabbed her arm very hard and pulled her to stay. The woman scrambled to get away and the man then grabbed her by the foot. The worker was able to kick and got away. The suspect is 5’3”, Filipino, 135-140 lbs., 32 years old with a small/medium build, brown eyes and a bald/shaved-head. The licence plate on the vehicle was 342 J*K.

VERY DANGEROUS MAN – GREEN MERCEDES 2400 MODEL – LICENCE PLATE 832 BP* (June 10/07): Worker was picked up on Jackson street between Hastings and Cordova at approximately 1 am. Worker remembers getting into the car and having a couple hoots of “reefer” and then woke up in the bushes in an industrial area. The man had a t-shirt (or something similar in nature) around her neck. She then woke up in the front seat of his vehicle and started freaking out. It was dark outside and she did not want to go out. The worker had a wrench in her pocket and took it out, she told him to drive her back. The worker was able to get the insurance papers out of the glove compartment. The vehicle is a green 1981 Mercedes Model 2400 and is a very loud car; licence plate 832 BP*. The suspect is in his 60’s with grey longish hair, a grey beard and a frail/skinny build. The man had a cane and wore lots of silver rings. The ICBC papers that the worker was able to get out of the vehicle are now in the possession of the police.

RAPED – BLACK GMC SUV – LICENSE PLATE 820 HM*. (May 23/07): Two men picked a worker up at a 711 Convenience Store in the Richards and Seymour area on May 23rd. The men said that they would pay the woman upfront and had to go to a bank machine. The incident occurred on West Broadway. One suspect got out of the car at a Club and the other suspect raped the worker. He then went back to the Club and picked up the other man and the worker was forced to give him a BJ. The two men showed the worker ski masks that they had in the back of their SUV and threw her $200 and told her, “this is not because of you - this is because of your pimp.” The vehicle is a black GMC SUV truck with license plate 820 HM*. The first suspect is Caucasian, 5’8”, 170b lbs; the second suspect is Caucasian, brown hair, 5’7”, 170 lbs.
WHITE HONDA ACCORD – LICENSE PLATE AVO 9*0* (May 24/07): Worker reported being approached by a man on Clark Drive who had previously raped her. The worker had pressed charges against this man and he served time for the rape. When the worker got into the vehicle she did not recognize the man as he had gained weight and was not wearing the same cologne. The worker got into the vehicle and the suspect turned to her and said: “Do you remember me? I did time for you.” The worker got out of the car very quickly and reported the sighting and stated that he was very drunk at the time of her encounter. The man is described as Caucasian, heavy-set, approximately 6’ tall, shaved head/balding, goatee; suspect seems very charming at first. The man was driving a white 4-door Honda Accord license plate AVO 9*0 at the time of the incident.

ATTEMPTED TO STRANGLE WORKER - LICENSE PLATE TIA 17? (May 16/07): A man driving a brand new silver Honda Sedan (TIA 17?) picked a worker up at Campbell and Cordova. The man seemed very nice at first but was high on crack and very aggressive. The worker noted that the vehicle was very clean and new looking inside but that the date had a crack pipe in the ashtray. Once the worker did the date the man tried to get his money back but did not succeed. He tried to strangle the worker and punched her. The suspect is 5’9” – 6’ tall, 30-40 years old, salt and pepper hair with a tapered haircut, a moustache and a medium build. The date occurred inside the vehicle.

BLUE TRUCK WITH CAMPER - LICENSE PLATE WTB 91*. (May 6/07): We were alerted to a bad date that occurred in a blue diesel truck with a camper on the back. The suspect is 40-50 years old.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON – REPORTED AS BYRD – LICENSE PLATE 739 BE*. (May 13/07): A worker was approached at Franklin and Commercial by James Byrd who was driving a silver/beige Toyota/Honda 4-door with license plate 739 BE*. Bird approached the woman and said, “Long time no see…” He asked for a BJ and the woman gave him a price. Bird said that the price was too high and began to leave, the woman looked at his license plate to memorize it.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON – REPORTED AS BYRD (May 14/07) A worker was at Woodland and Franklin and saw James Byrd driving around in a silver Toyota/ Honda same license plate as above.
JAMES BYRD REPORT (May 11/07): Worker reported that James Byrd picked her up at Wessex and Kingsway and robbed her at gunpoint 2 weeks ago. He held a gun to her head but she had nothing to give him so he left. Worker reported that he had “Albert Einstein” hair. He was driving a white camper van with California plates.
HOLE IN THE CONDOM (May 13/07): A man in a white Honda Accord picked up a worker up at Kingsway and Knight. The man is described as Caucasian with grey hair, 40-50 years old with a very large build. Worker reported that the man picks women up and asks for a BJ and puts a condom on, but there is a hole in the condom. The worker stated that he has STD’s and that he is known to pick up women and ask for BJ’s.

The worker is a 32-year-old female and was hospitalized and unconscious for 4 days from Tuesday to Friday. This incident occurred last Tuesday and happened in the middle of the day.
VAN WITH ALBERTA PLATES – CHEVRON STATION (May 8/07): We received information of a woman that was assaulted at the Chevron station (possibly Powell) after doing a date. The woman was hit in the back of the head and had her money taken. The vehicle was a van with Alberta plates.
ROBBED – PURPLE NEON LICENSE PLATE 000 AL* (May 6/07): Two workers both reported being robbed by three people with matching descriptions on the same evening. The suspects consisted of two males and one female. The first worker was robbed on Kingsway and Aberdeen. The three people told her to empty her purse or they would pepper spray her and they produced a can of bear spray. The worker gave them $200. The second worker was robbed on Kingsway and Melbourne and reported that the two men came up to her from behind and pulled out a gun and pointed it at her face telling her that it was loaded. They asked her for her purse and she complied. The first woman saw this happen and recognized the two males as the ones who had robbed her earlier. The suspects are described as follows: (1) Caucasian, male, 6’, 150 lbs., 20’s, brown eyes and brown hair; (2) Caucasian, male, 5’10", 160 lbs, 20’s, blonde, tattoos on neck;(3) Caucasian, female driver, brown hair, heavy set. The vehicle is a 2-door purple Neon with licence plate 000 AL*.
1995 RED NISSAN SENTRA (May 7/07): Worker was picked up at 300 Dunlevy on May 7 at 11pm by a man driving a red Nissan Sentra who is known to be very violent with working women. The suspect is described as Caucasian, male, approximately 35 years old, clean cut with short brown hair and a chubby face.

** New report** VIDEO TAPES DATES – 3rd FLOOR OF THE AFTON HOTEL (May 2/07): Worker was picked up at the corner of Hastings and Gore street and taken to the 3rd floor of the Afton Hotel on East Hastings beside the Ovaltine restaurant. The date agreed to $30 for BJ. Once they arrived at the hotel the date said that he wanted everything and asked how much more it would cost. The worker told the date that it would cost an extra $50 for a lay and a BJ but that they would have to be done by no later than 5pm. The date paid the worker $80. Once the date started the man began making strange requests for the worker to face a certain way and to say her name and age. He would only do the date from a certain way/angle. Once the date was almost over the worker heard a fast buzzing sound and something click. She then noticed her face on the television. The date was secretly recording them having sex. Worker spoke with other women and others had had similar experiences. He apparently puts these videos on his website. Date was repeatedly trying to remove condom. The suspect is described as Asian, 5’7", 130-160 lbs., small/medium build, 34 years old, fine, short black hair and brown eyes.
ROBBED – PROMISED $$$ AND A CELL PHONE (April 17/07): Worker was picked up at Fraser and Marine Drive by foot. The date said that he would pay her his Razor cell phone and cash. When the worker saw that he was on foot she was hesitant to do the date but he begged and was very persistent. The worker did the date and the man demanded his phone and cash back. The worker went along with it and gave it back to avoid violence. The date pretended to pay her back with drugs, but it was really rolling papers and an empty bag. The man said he was a drug dealer and that he was on probation. The suspect is described as East Indian, 6’5", and 21-23 years old with glasses and was wearing a tracksuit with navy blue pants and a brown jacket at the time of the incident.
LICENCE PLATE – 942 VK* (April 27/07): A man who goes by the name "Mikey" picked a worker in New Westminster. The date wanted money from the worker for drugs and tried to coerce her to give it to him. He wanted to take pictures and the worker refused which resulted in the date becoming very violent. He is very controlling and kept the women’s phone and items from her. The date said that he wanted to "hurt someone on the 12th Street stroll." He was driving an early 90’s,light brown Toyota Camry licence plate 942 VK*. He may have a dog with the name Brandy; there were dog hairs present in the vehicle. The man is described as 43 years old, Caucasian, 5’10", shoulder length straight brown hair, clean-cut with a medium build and is 170 lbs. He has a limp in his right leg.
CHOKED FOR 20 MINUTES (April 30/07): Worker was picked up at Hastings and Gore at 3am and taken to Lucky Rooms. The worker negotiated the date and got paid for a BJ. The date was going along fine but the worker got tired and said that he needed to hurry up. When she resumed the BJ the date started to choke her and did so for 20 minutes. The worker elbowed the date in his face and ran. The suspect goes by the name "Tommy" and is Caucasian, 5’8", 160 lbs., muscular build, approximately 30 years old with a goatee and shaggy style strawberry blonde hair.

James Byrd has recently been seen back in the community. He was first spotted back in the neighbourhood on Easter weekend. He was seen driving a white family camper with California plates. He was reported seen last night by the MAP van. He is +/- 40 years old.
Will try to get women into the camper and then rapes and beats them. Very well know to police. Has been known to follow service providers and attempt to intimidate. Call police immediately if you have contact with this predator.

MASTURBATING IN FRONT OF WOMEN (April 3/07): A man was spotted driving around masturbating in front of women around the Commercial and Franklin area in his vehicle. He has also been seen getting out of his vehicle and masturbating on the street. He is a Black, with long dread locks, approximately 30 years old and drives a green Neon 4-door car license plate 482 G*K. DANGEROUS MALE – TOOK WORKER DOWN DESOLATE ALLEYWAY (Reported April 9/07): A man asked worker for a BJ. The man was groping at the worker during the BJ. Despite not usually going to desolate places, the worker was cold and desperate and went with him into an alleyway. Once the worker got there he would not pay the agreed upon $20 and forced her to suck his penis and continually very aggressively forced himself on her and grabbed her breasts very hard. She tried to leave, but he would not let her go. Apparently he has done this to other girls and he lives around the Jackson and Alexander area. He then tried to take her purse and bag of food and hit her legs and arms to free them from her grasp. He is very dangerous and threatened to kill her with a weapon. The worker was able to escape. He picked the worker up from Raymur and Cordova and walked down an alley by Powell one block before Drake. He is believed to be of Latin decent with a Spanish accent and short curly black hair.

ATTEMPTED TO STRANGLE WORKER (March 17/07): A man in a small grey minivan picked a worker up at Dunlevy and Hastings. The worker and the date agreed upon $20 for a BJ and at his request they drove to the parking lot of Home Depot on Terminal Avenue near the skytrain station and overpass to Clark Drive. The worker proceeded to give the date a BJ for 15-20 minutes. When the date was having trouble climaxing, the worker asked what was going on. Out of nowhere the date flew at the worker and tried to strangle her with one hand. The worker was frightened for her safety and tried to talk to the man and start the date over again as though they had just met. Worker was able to finish BJ and the date apologized to her over and over explaining that he was going through some problems and that he was “so hard done by”. Date was dropped off at Main and Hastings.
WORKER EGGED (March 28/07): Three men in what looked like a black ghost car approached worker seeming very friendly and nice and proceeded to throw eggs as her and drove off. The men are described as three East Indian males.
RAPED IN VAN (Mar.22/07): A man in a dark coloured van with a bed in the back picked a worker up at Powell and Raymur. The man raped the worker, took her pants and kicked her out of the van at Raymur. Worker reported that she had a pimp who tricked her into doing the date and took the money from the man and let her into the van. When the date was done the worker asked for the money and the man said that he gave it to the pimp before she got into the van to do the date. The man who assaulted the worker in the van is reported to be East Indian with short black hair, brown eyes and a medium build and is approximately 30 years old.
ASSAULT AT SHERATON WALL CENTRE (Mar.23/07): A worker was called for a date at the north tower of the Sheraton Wall Centre. The man wanted full service sex. The worker arrived at the hotel and there were 2 men there. The one man called her a “whore” and pushed her down the hall. She did not do the date with both men; she only did one of the men and was very upset that there were 2 men there when she only expected one. When she would only do the one man as agreed upon, and not both, she was assaulted. The suspects are described as Croatian, (1) 5’9” tall, skinny, late 20’s with brown hair and brown eyes (2) brown hair, brown eyes with a heavier build, shorter and slightly older than the first suspect.
THREATENED TO KILL HER – RED CHEVETTE - LICENCE PLATE DEN 43*
(March 26/07): A man driving a red 2-door Chevette licence plate DEN 43* picked a worker up from the Astoria Hotel. The man attempted to strangle the worker, punched her in the face and “threatened to kill her.” The suspect is Caucasian, 5’7”, overweight, heavy set with a pot belly, 42 years old with blonde hair and was wearing a toque at the time of the incident.

RAPED BY A MAN IN A RED CAR (Mar.14/07): A woman was raped on March 9th while walking on the corner of Cordova and Princess. A man in a red car stopped and asked her for directions. The woman approached the car and was violently pulled inside. The driver took her to North Van where he stopped at an office building and brought her upstairs demanding sex. The woman refused and was raped. The man then dropped her off at the PNE. The suspect is reported to be East Indian with an accent, has a round face and a large build. He was wearing a yellow security jacket and told the woman that he wears the jacket to ward off police.
DARK BLUE JEEP CHEROKEE (Mar.17/07): A man picked up a worker at Powell and Dunlevy. When the worker was inside the car the date asked worker the price. The man then became very aggressive and would not let her out for a few blocks. They decided not to do the date and the worker sensed that he would have hurt her. The man is young with blonde hair and blue eyes and was driving a dark blue Jeep Cherokee with licence plate 255 K?W.
THROWING BEER BOTTLES AT WORKERS – BROWN GMC BRONCO (Mar.17/07): Three men in their early 20’s were driving their truck in the Raymur area throwing both full and empty beer bottles at working women and spotters. The truck is a large two tone GMC Bronco that is chocolate brown with a tan stripe down the center. The truck has an Albertan licence plate 85? HTC/D.
AGGRESSIVE MAN – FOLLOWED WORKER HOME (Mar.17/07): A man at the corner of Main and Hastings picked a worker on foot. The man asked her to give him crack but he had no money. The man got very aggressive with the woman and tried to scratch at her and almost “ripped off her nipple” and then followed her to her shelter. The man hung around outside and she attempted to leave on four separate occasions but the man grabbed at her each time she tried to leave. The worker stated that he tries to persuade women to go to his house. The man is reported as being Iranian, 5’9” and was wearing a blue/black jacket at the time of the incident.

Original Report: GREEN GMC SAFARI TRUCK/VAN (Jan.20/07): A man picked up a worker on Kingsway and Aberdeen and agreed upon a price. They got to the location of the date and the man opened up his wallet and said he had no money. He suggested to the worker that they go to the bank. The man proceeded to jump across the seat and get on top of her and began slapping her and telling her that she was his 11-year-old daughter who he wanted to get pregnant. The man let her out afterwards. The worker believed that he was a child molester. He is Caucasian, approximately 40 years old, Russian/Middle Eastern accent, medium build and bald. He was driving a green GMC Safari truck/van at the time of the incident. The worker believed that this might be his work vehicle as there were ladders and tools, etc. in the back seat of the vehicle.
BLACK BLAZER (March 11/07): Worker was picked up on Fraser and agreed on hand job. The man said he would pay after the job and gave the worker his debit card. After the date, they went to the gas station and the date said he could not go in because they knew him in there so the worker went in for him. The debit card was rejected and the date then only gave her $10. He also stated to the worker that his own mother had been giving him blowjobs since he was 10 years old. The suspect is Caucasian, 5’9”, in his mid- 30’s with medium brown hair and an average build.
VERBALLY ABUSED AND RESTRAINED (March 13/07): Date picked worker up at 12:30 (am/pm?) infront of Insite at 139 East Hastings. He told the worker that he lived at the Marble Arch and had just moved to Vancouver from Victoria. The date refused to show the worker money before the date and they walked towards his place when the date grabbed the workers shoes. He restrained her by her wrists and became verbally abusive threatening to rape her. The date pushed the worker around by her wrists and the worker called for help. People around the Stadium skytrain station responded to her cries and the date let go. The worker ran on to the train to get away from the date. The man is 25 years of age, 5’5” – 5’7” tall, 150-160 lbs. with short black hair combed back. He is clean-shaven and skinny with a French accent and was very drunk at the time of the incident.

WHITE CHEVY VAN (Feb 25/07): A man in a white, older model Chevy van picked up worker on Campbell at East Hastings at around 4pm on Feb. 25th. The man jumped the worker after long negotiations.
